Analysis Method for Differentiating the Porcine and Bovine Gelatin Source in Capsule: This invention can accurately determine the source of the gelatin.This is based on the principle that gelatin of different sources consist of different mixture of protein. This method will extract the protein from the gelatin capsule and subject the protein mixture to seperation according to their molecular weights using gel electrophoresis.
